Personal Statement:

I was born in the small Midwestern town of Newton, Kansas, the daughter of a 19 year old single father. We lived in Kansas until I was four when we moved to Southern Florida so my father could further his career in the restaurant industry. I spent most of my childhood in restaurants helping him with anything I could.

As the only child of a young entrepreneur father, I became very self motivated and developed a very high work ethic. Every Sunday, church was a must at my home; we attended local Baptist churches instilling deep morals for doing what is right. When my father and I were not at the restaurant, I would cook for him, clean or organize our home. Growing up this way, I developed a service heart well before I even realized it. At the age of fourteen my father married and I gained an instant mother, brother and sister; the family I never had. The blending of the families’ gave me love and taught me patience. I am now a single mother of a seven year old daughter. While potential employers may assume this to be overwhelming, it is not. I have a large and very supportive family in South Florida and most of my employers were even aware I even had a child; commitment to my career is a priority! I am a dedicated, loyal, detailed orientated individual, making my career choice in service an ideal match. My service style is modern, new, technology driven. The perfect position for me would be in South Florida as a personal assistant and household manager.

My top standard is Administrative; I possess tremendous computer skills as I have worked extensively with Microsoft Suites. I have managed multiple calendars with Microsoft Office Calendars coordinating, planning and organizing. I have composed agendas, meeting minutes, and more; I have worked in many different areas of business from civil engineering, to construction projects, marinas, commercial properties and rentals. I have supported these businesses in the management of multiple employees, accounting, hiring, and designing where my multi tasking skills have become second nature. I have helped manage multi-properties and supervised many vendors.

My second top Standard is Housekeeping: being able to keep all these hats going has attributed to my extreme neatness. I am always prepared, keeping everything organized, efficient and clean. I am a very hands-on person and will do anything to get the job done. My office, house and car are always clean, ready for anything! My third top Standard is my Culinary abilities: growing up in restaurants I developed a love for cooking. I am a family cook and have never been formally trained but have put cooking classes on my life to do list! I have also managed a family with two Principles and their wardrobes, from complete clothing care to working with a stylist to make sure they were well outfitted.

Being a mother and part of a large extended family, I also have vast experience with children elders and pets.

I have the unique ability to be invisible in any atmosphere. I absolutely love service in every aspect; being a personal assistant and household management has brought out the best of me, I was born to be of service.
