Personal Statement:

I was born and raised in Daytona Beach, Florida.  I am the son of two loving parents and a brother to an older sister.  My mother was a devoted stay at home mom until my sister and I were able to care for ourselves and then pursued her career as an Interior Decorator.  My father was a hard working luxury auto sales person making sure each and every one of his clients received the highest level of service.  My parents were married for twenty eight years, divorced, and re-married to create a very large extended family.  My grandparents on either side of the family were retired military (Navy), school teachers, and homemakers living in Deland, Florida as well as Daytona Beach.  All of whom have since passed away.
I learned my morals, values, and ethics from my parents.  They had one single agenda.  They wanted better for me than they had.  I was raised with discipline and the knowledge between what’s right and what’s wrong.  I have always strived to live my life in a lawful, loyal, honest, and trustworthy manner.  I believe strongly in personal, social, and work ethics.  I have a no-nonsense approach in getting projects done in a systematic, timely, and efficient manner.  My commitment is my honor.  Early on as a child it has always been natural to me to pay attention to detail, and found great comfort in being organized.  “A place for everything and everything in its place.”  It was when my mother left the home to pursue her career, as a young adult, I learned the methods of cooking and housekeeping.

My top standard is Administration. I possess excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills. I have experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with skills in accounting using Quicken and Quick Books Pro.  I have managed payroll, staff, and vendors for small businesses as well as a private residence in Winter Park, Florida.

My second top standard is Housekeeping. Having an eye for detail, I take great pride in neatness and order. I have always been respectful of the “Daily Graces” and have a hands-on approach to being structured and routine in the cleaning of interior spaces.

My third top standard is Culinary.  I have always found joy in cooking and feel very comfortable in the kitchen.  I am considered a professional level cook with the ability to easily follow recipes, while respecting the fundamental element of Mise En Place. My style of cooking is thoughtful with a focus on being healthy and nutritional.

My fourth top standard is Entertaining.  With my strong organizational skills I have the ability to plan and orchestrate events.  I have supported the entertaining community for many years with small dinner parties to large events for up to 350 people working in unison with caterers and other vendors.  I have also served on committees for event planning of outdoor festivals attracting up to 50,000 people.  I receive great satisfaction in making things happen.  

I have a low key and calm demeanor, but never miss details.  I have been told I am very approachable, have a comedic sense of humor with excellent people skills.  Having genuine relationships with people and being of service is my bliss.  I receive great pride and joy knowing that I help others to further themselves and achieve the life they most desire.  I look forward to the day when I look back and be proud of what I’ve accomplished throughout the years.
